Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Fwrdly iOS app and the fwrdly.app website, operated by Klub51 ("we", "us", "our"). By using Fwrdly, you agree to these terms.

What Fwrdly Is

Fwrdly is an iOS app that forwards incoming SMS messages from your iPhone to other platforms. The app runs on your device and does not route messages through our servers.

Your Responsibilities

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Fwrdly.
• You are responsible for the messages you forward and where you forward them.
• You must comply with the terms of service of any destination platform (Telegram, Slack, Discord, etc.).
• You must not use Fwrdly for any illegal activity, including forwarding messages without consent where required by law.
• You must not use Fwrdly to spam, harass, or abuse others.
• You must not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app.

Subscriptions and Payments

Fwrdly offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription.

• Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your iPhone's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
• Refunds are handled by Apple per their refund policy.

Availability

Fwrdly relies on your iPhone being on, connected to the internet, and having the app installed. We do not guarantee uninterrupted forwarding. Delivery depends on your device, network, and the destination service.

Intellectual Property

Fwrdly, its design, code, and branding are owned by Klub51. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app or website without permission.

Disclaimer

Fwrdly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The app will be error-free or uninterrupted.
• Messages will be delivered to the destination without delay.
• The app will be compatible with future iOS versions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Klub51 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Fwrdly. This includes but is not limited to lost messages, missed OTP codes, or unauthorized access to forwarded data.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Fwrdly at any time if you violate these terms. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your device.

Changes

We may update these terms. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of Fwrdly after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Klub51 is registered.
